On this website photos, videos and illustrations are offered for purchase and subsequent download. Object of agreement is the licensed use of copies of media files by the license holder offered by the holder of rights (Dirk Mann / www.flowermedia.com) taking into account the Rights of Use as regulated in the Terms and Conditions / Purchase Agreement.

By registering for a user account you automatically agree with the Terms and Conditions / Purchase Agreement (German).

Payment

In order to obtain the right of use for a particular media file the holder of rights is to be payed a lump sum. The amount of compensation is calculated according to the item description. The payment of the amount owed is to be effected by the license holder before delivery of the item via Paypal. All prices on the website plus the value-added tax (VAT) as regulated by the German government. There are no additional delivery costs. The currency of payment and billing is Euro (€).

Delivery / Download

The delivery of media files will be effected via download from the website of the holder of rights.

Overview of Rights of Use / Terms of License

• Concession of the right to use, store and publish the purchased media files on websites, digital- and print media.
• Concession of the right to use in connection with works of other holders of rights, use parts of it or make minor changes.
  Major changes are prohibited.
• Rights of Use are only granted to the license holder as long as he is the person in charge for the content of the publishing website/medium. Rights of Use are not transferable without the approval of the holder of rights.
  The use of purchased media files in other hosting services or social networks Facebook, FlickR, Pinterest, Youtube, Google+ et al.) is not permitted.
• The concession of rights is effected only after payment is completed.
• Undocumented types of use may be granted optionally by the holder of rights under appropriate conditions.
• For the proof of authorship the reference „Dirk Mann (www.flowermedia.com)" must be included in the picture(s) or in the imprint. Without reference the use is not permitted.
• The duration of concession of rights is indeterminate, if no other arrangements are stated, but at least one year.
